We are a pioneering startup leveraging advanced computer vision AI, style-focused social content, and an asset-light salon marketplace in our app-based platform to transform the $130Bn beauty industry.

Our mission is to revolutionize the 8Mn daily salon services rendered to millennials and GenZs by harnessing technology and data. If you're passionate about being part of an early-stage team that will make a significant impact, this might be the opportunity for you.

We are currently expanding our network by acquiring forward-thinking salons and stylists in Bangalore and are seeking dynamic sales professionals who excel at direct on-the-field sales/BD. Ideal candidates should be able to work independently and have a strong desire to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire salon and stylist partners for our Bangalore territory
  • Drive business transactions & revenue as per set targets for offline channel
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue streams for partners
  • Implement campaigns and outreach programs to potential partners in the given territory
  • Launch new services and products to respective partners
  • Gather feedback from partners and customers and share it with the management team
  • Handle customer complaints and manage escalations in the assigned region
  • Support other teams/functions as necessary to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate with 0-2 years experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or business development roles
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a win-win attitude to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
  • Ability to multitask and have attention to detail
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with smartphone apps
  • Owning a motorbike and having a valid driving license
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Prior experience in partner/supply acquisition in online aggregator startups (OYO, Zomato, Magicpin, Porter) is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role ranges from ₹2,500,000 to ₹5,000,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
