Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete Performance Management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement and manage reward and compensation strategies that reflect employee performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of performance review cycles.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.


This position requires a strong background in HR and a passion for driving performance excellence.


Key skills for success in this role include strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance, as well as 35 years of experience in program management related to performance and compensation.
