Key Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative transformation projects, supporting the team to build new products and solutions that strive to transform how Ericsson operates as a company.
  • Define or visualize user journeys or customer flow, interaction models, and UI specifications.
  • Analyze product requirements, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability study findings to build customer-focused designs.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications.
  • Create style guides, visual design patterns, and supporting graphics for new and existing products.
  • Showcase design solutions to stakeholders through mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
  • Coordinate with the development team for the implementation of the final design.

Requirements

  • Relevant 8-10 years of proven experience (UX/UI) in IT/Product Development or Digital Transformation.
  • Prior experience of leading people/team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (B Des) or master's degree in design (MDes) or B Arch or equivalent UX/UI educational background.
  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience crafting great user-centred design solutions is a requirement for application.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity to work with Agile methodology and practices.
  • Broad understanding of service design.
