About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team at upGrad, a leading online education platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for education and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. They will be responsible for mentoring potential learners, helping them plan their career path, and understanding how upGrad can catalyse their career.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Counselling potential learners and guiding them on their career path
- Mentoring and advising learners on how upGrad can help them achieve their career goals
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with learners and stakeholders
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to the marketing team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A proven track record in sales or a related field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
