We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to lead our housekeeping team.
About the Role:- Supports the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Proactively improves guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Delivers on strategic plans, driving success in hotel targets through effective housekeeping initiatives.
- Fosters a culture of growth, development, and high performance within the housekeeping team.
- Manages departmental resources, controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity levels.
- Built and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Leverages expertise to develop and implement effective service standards, profitability strategies, and cost control measures.
- Ensures adherence to legislation, regulations, and best practices, performing audits as required and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in housekeeping with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a hands-on approach and mentorship style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Able to find creative solutions, offer advice, and provide recommendations.
- Possesses personal integrity, with the ability to thrive in an environment demanding excellence, time, and energy.
- Experienced in using various IT systems across different platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
