  • Engage regularly with IFS verticals to seek feedback, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing industry best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop knowledge about competing products in the market, evaluate product proposals, and assist in proof of concepts by defining deliverables and coordinating with the implementation team.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple project teams and ensure alignment with the leadership team to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Lead change management and foster innovation.
  • Adhere to safety and security policies and perform duties related to safety as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in software development, system design, and analysis.
  • Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FDDs, use cases, GAP analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management, including maintaining requirement backlogs and prioritization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard best practices in IT project management.
  • Expertise in leading user acceptance testing and ensuring quality delivery
