Job Description

This full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage the Director's schedule, arrange meetings, plan travel arrangements, and handle all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate appointments and meetings for the Director.
  2. Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
  4. Handle communications, including emails and phone calls.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  6. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  7. Conduct research and compile information for projects.
  8. Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
  9. Manage confidential information with discretion.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8,40,000 - ₹12,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
