- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organising to meet departmental objectives.
- Sound anticipation capabilities.
- Influencing, negotiating and communicating to present oral and written communication concisely.
- Conscientious and detail-conscious with the ability to consistently produce accurate factual and detailed information.
- Thinking analytically to ensure processes are fully understood and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Commercially minded and customer-focused with the ability to recognise internal and external customers.
- Decisive with the ability to obtain and use necessary information to make decisions.
- Must be a leader and a team player with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
- Self-motivation with the ability to carry out activities that add value to the job.
- Candidate requirements include an Engineering/Diploma degree and at least three years of experience in Urban signalling systems like PSD, SIG for CBTC and Mainline Projects.
