Role Overview

The Placement Coordinator role involves managing the job placement process by coordinating between Company and Students for successful and timely placements. This position requires career counseling, conducting interviews, and working closely with companies to understand their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and employers to facilitate job placements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and interests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process.
  • Ensure all placement-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of placements and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay informed about job market trends, employer needs, and candidate expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and job placement management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about helping people succeed in their careers.
