Key Responsibilities• Sourcing ability – Experience about the sourcing pool / areas where candidates need to be sourced from
• Knowledge and experience in Online / Social Media Sourcing
• Should have experience of Both Peak time hiring and non peak time de-hiring
• Should be willing to travel, must have 2 wheeler
• Proven Ability to build team of Recruiters and Implants, manage them & monitor their performance
• Should know English, Hindi and Local Language
• Attain Hiring targets in the Assigned Location
