We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team at Arka Communication Pvt Ltd.

Job Description

The role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. You will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with influencers, creating engaging campaigns, and measuring the success of our influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers aligned with our brand and target audience.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that promotes our products or services.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiation of contracts, deliverables, and compensation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing techniques.
  • Conduct research to identify new influencers, platforms, and trends for potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a database of influencers, tracking their performance and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer events, collaborations, and product launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and social media, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a similar role or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique and engaging influencer campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
Compensation

This role offers an attractive salary of ₹800000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on finding the right candidate for this position.
