The Role

We're looking for a creative and environmentally-conscious Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that not only look good but do good, working across a range of sustainable brands in recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

You'll conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for sustainable brands across digital and print media, crafting visual stories that authentically communicate our clients' environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft innovative, eco-friendly designs that inspire climate-positive action.
  • Create visual stories that showcase our clients' commitment to sustainability.
  • Develop engaging social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that drive environmental awareness.
  • Collaborate with our all-women team to deliver cohesive communications that promote climate-forward values.
  • Stay up-to-date with sustainable design trends and eco-friendly production methods.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats.
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches.
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
