Business Process Optimization Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Manager to join our team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services in Bangalore. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive process improvement and automation initiatives that will have a significant impact on the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to optimize them.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor process improvements, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented processes and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for process improvements.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong background in business process optimization, IT operations, and project management. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a similar function, with a proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving business value.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of business operations, and expertise in process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
