Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, this individual will be responsible for providing technical expertise on SAP finance modules and finance value chains. They will support finance system & process transformations, develop, enhance, and drive system & process transformation for FICO & CLM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the end-to-end delivery of enhancement and configuration changes in SAP ERP focusing on FICO accounting related processes.
  • Contribute to multiple and varying projects in SAP ERP as they relate to General Ledger accounting, Bank & Lease Accounting processes.
  • Act as SAP FI/CO subject matter expert to provide business and project teams with best practice analysis, recommended solutions and support.
  • Analyse Customer Issues & review solutions proposed by system development teams to ensure core and standard functionality of the SAP ERP system is not compromised & align with Colt's broader financial strategy.
  • Review and approve functional specifications and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure synchronization of data in SAP ERP and SAP BPC & maintain appropriate reconciliation processes.
  • Provide system support in monthly closing and annual financial planning processes for Colt Core & DCS.
  • Actively own and deliver appropriate training to finance and business users.
  • Perform system application and administration tasks, ensuring compliance with standard governance processes.
  • Ad-hoc activities as requested by Finance Systems Managers.
  • To support Intercompany and In-House Cash as a back-up.
  • Analyzing the areas of improvements proactively in the respective area to bring more efficiencies in the processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of business and/or SAP functional experience.
  • Demonstrated Excel experience.
  • Organized with ability to multi-task and contribute to large and small cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Master Chart of Accounts, Accounting entries and impact on financials with the ability to identify the variances with solution.
  • Knowledge in S/4 Hana & ERP implementation will be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing the stakeholders.
Education:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
