About the Opportunity

RE A Cyber City is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Architect to join our team in Gurugram. This role will be a key member of our Financial Services team, working closely with a Delivery Lead and Technical Lead to deliver features and fixes in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, CRM systems (HubSpot highly desirable), and leadership skills. They should be able to operate autonomously within an agreed backlog/roadmap and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

About the Role

The Principal Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the HubSpot squad based in Cyber City. Key responsibilities include:

  • Joint accountability for the team's health, happiness, and performance with Delivery Lead.
  • Positively contribute to the culture of your team, build engagement and morale, and involve yourself in recruiting.
  • Gather technical business requirements to shape solution design and the delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Lead, Senior Business Analyst, and Technical Lead to enable the team to deliver effectively and within agreed time frames.
  • Analysing technical business processes, workflows, and user journeys using advanced techniques such as process/system mapping.
