At OYO, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Partner to join our team in the United States. This role involves identifying and pursuing potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase OYO's value and address client questions head-on.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the process.
  • Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision makers for long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Account Management/Cold calling, lead generation roles and be comfortable working in the US shift timing (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST).

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives. The location for this role is Gurgaon, with remote work options available.
