The Customer Success team at Onfido Services India Private Limited (IND) is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Gainsight Administrator to optimize the use of Gainsight to its fullest potential.

The Gainsight Administrator will be a key member of the Customer Success Operations team and will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and CSM leaders to ideate and execute projects and workflows.

This role requires a strategic, collaborative problem solver who can quickly identify business needs and find ways to move forward quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, customer support systems, or marketing automation systems and have demonstrated rapid, self-driven, experiment-driven learning of unfamiliar systems and software.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configuring, deploying, and administering the Gainsight platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional end users to gather business requirements
• Developing business processes in partnership with Customer Success leadership
• Managing the rollout of processes and designing business rules that analyze customer data
• Providing day-to-day support of Gainsight users and monitoring system performance

We are looking for a self-starter who can demonstrate leadership of owned projects and a focus on timeliness, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
