Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop strategic plans for pharmaceutical products, considering target audience, market dynamics, and business goals. Identify key marketing channels and promotional activities to reach the target market.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to develop customer personas and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates pharmaceutical products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Marketing Campaigns Execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, conferences, and medical symposiums. Collaborate with creative teams and vendors to develop creative assets.
  • KOL and Key Account Management: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders and key accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. Build relationships with healthcare professionals and medical associations to drive product adoption.
  • Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of pharmaceutical products. Utilize social media, websites, online advertising, and search engine optimization to reach target audiences.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum return on investment. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market research data and customer insights.
  • Strong project management skills to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software, tools, and analytics platforms.
