Job Title: Social Media StrategistWe are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to lead the ideation and execution of social media marketing campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing content strategies, managing organic growth, and planning performance-driven creatives such as ad designs and videos.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Organic Social Media Growth Strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers on social media platforms.
- Ideate and Implement Paid Social Media Ads: Create compelling paid social media ads, including video and carousel formats, to drive conversions and boost brand awareness.
- Write and Create Compelling Brand Content: Craft high-quality, engaging content for brand social media accounts, including captions, descriptions, and creative assets.
- Monitor Data and Trends to Optimize Performance: Analyze metrics and trends to refine social media strategies, improve campaign performance, and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Teams to Align Campaigns with Brand Goals: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Optimization (SMO): Proficiency in SMM and SMO principles, tools, and best practices.
- Content Writing and Communication Skills: Strong writing and communication skills to craft compelling brand content and engage with audiences.
- Experience in Developing Content Strategies: Proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies that drive results.
- Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software and analytics dashboards.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience managing social media for successful brands is highly desirable.
