Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Motorpoint. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our strong reputation with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of the full vehicle handover process, ensuring all paperwork, finance sign-ups, and vehicle demonstrations are conducted seamlessly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations through proactive and empathetic support.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to streamline and improve the customer journey, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing positive changes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customers receive their new cars on the same day, managing expectations when delays occur.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a face-to-face environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver outstanding customer service.

- A competitive salary of £29,580, with the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £5,420 (OTE £35,000).
