Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, call, or email.
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to established quality metrics.
  • Accurately document customer interactions using our CRM system and proprietary tool.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of pending or escalated issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback to team leaders and managers.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets, including chat volume, resolution time, and CSAT scores.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Windows OS, and communication tools.
  • A strong mentorship and coaching ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
