Financial Analyst Apprentice for SLB's India Technology Center

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Apprentice to join our team at the SLB Pune India Technology Center. This 12-month opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in corporate finance, enabling you to develop valuable skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleAs a Financial Analyst Apprentice, you will assist our experienced finance professionals in preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and performing data entry tasks using Excel and other financial software. You will also support ad-hoc finance projects and contribute to the monthly closing process for management reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, including statutory balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis using PBI dashboards.
- Assist the Finance controller in the monthly closing process for management reporting.
- Perform data entry and analysis using Excel and other financial software.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A Chartered Accountancy Final Exam due in May 2026/Nov 2026 is highly desirable. You should also be able to work independently and in a team environment, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
