Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Industrybuying's dynamic team as a Tele Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, with expertise in managing sales teams, workflow technologies, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering sales targets and driving growth through innovative sales strategies
  • Monetizing online traffic through targeted calls and CRM engagement
  • Implementing growth hacking ideas to enhance phone channel sales
  • Managing call center operations, including telephony, staffing, training, quality assurance, and customer service
  • Analyzing data and using CRM tools to inform sales decisions
  • Recruiting, training, and hiring talented sales professionals, designing incentive plans, and ensuring timely performance evaluations
  • Participating in business planning, budgeting, and initiatives to drive growth and profitability

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven individual who can effectively lead a team of 50+ sales personnel, driving their growth alongside their own. Experience in managing complex sales environments, leveraging data analytics, and implementing strategic hiring practices is essential.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving growth
  • Expertise in sales agent management, workflow management technologies, CRM technologies, and CRM funnel management processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Leadership skills, with experience in managing teams of 50+ sales personnel
  • Tier I-II institute B.Tech/MBA/PGDM graduates preferred

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on location)
