Job Description

As a key member of our hotel team, the Front Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to handle all guest interactions.
  • Revenue Management: Work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and average room rate, ensuring that our hotel is always fully booked and that our guests are offered the best possible rates.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with all departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that our guests are satisfied and that our hotel's reputation is maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the Front Office team, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of guest service/hotel experience, with at least 1 year in a management capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
