Role Overview:
A highly experienced Sales Director is sought after to lead the engagement and management of relationships with High Net Worth Individuals, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a track record in raising capital, particularly in alternative investments, and an understanding of the investment needs and expectations of these client segments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive capital inflow for media and entertainment financing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial goals.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach, expanding the client base to include prominent family offices and private wealth managers.
• Promote Better Invest's financing solutions, focusing on invoice discounting opportunities within the media and entertainment industry, and communicate the unique value proposition effectively to potential investors.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a focus on HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
• Prior experience in alternative investments, private banking, or wealth management is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
