The estimated annual salary for this position is around ₹7.5 lakhs to ₹12.5 lakhs based on the location and industry standards.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Navallur. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking/Financial services, especially in Bereavement Financial Services.
The primary responsibility of this role is to process bereavement-related cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
- Validate and amend application details related to deceased accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the team on potential improvements in processing quality.
- Respond to escalations and support emails or phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer requests are addressed within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and provide management with timely updates.
- Graduate in any stream (preferably in Commerce/Finance).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and good comprehension of English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
