Strategic Director for OE Sales and Consumer Growth

As a key member of the Goodyear team, you will be responsible for leading the P&L for India Consumer OE business, focusing on key account management for Global, Regional, and Local OEMs.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve AOP and long-term growth objectives for the India Consumer OE business.
  2. Guide the execution of India-specific country OE strategy to support both India and AP OE Strategy and Objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and achieve topline and bottom-line objectives linked to AP 1-2-3 Goals.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performing OE account team with coaching, support, and retention of key talents.

Requirements

  1. 15+ years of proven B2B sales and account management experience with a track record of working with a wide range of business partners in the auto industry.
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience with B2B team management experience.
  3. Project management or OEM working experience is preferred.
  4. Strategic thinking, solid communication, and upper management skills with the ability to work under high-pressure environments.
