Position Summary:

Generative AI Developer: Unlocking the Full Potential of AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Developer to lead our team in harnessing the power of AI. As a key member, you will be responsible for tackling complex challenges across various domains, including:

  • Code Optimization: Leverage generative AI to identify and implement opportunities for code improvement, boosting efficiency and performance.
  • API Automation & Orchestration: Design and build automated systems that seamlessly interact with and orchestrate diverse APIs, freeing up valuable human resources.
  • Automated Report Generation & Summarization: Utilize generative AI to automate report generation and summarization, extracting key insights and presenting them in clear, concise formats.
  • Data Science Workflow Automation: Streamline and automate the entire data science workflow, from data acquisition and preparation to analysis and model development.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Generative AI Developer, you will:

  • Utilize state-of-the-art open-source LLMs for various tasks.
  • Leverage Hugging Face API and its extensive libraries for model access and manipulation.
  • Adapt and personalize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
  • Understand and wield RAG model capabilities for information retrieval and augmenting workflows.
  • Manage and process high-dimensional data with vector databases.
  • Orchestrate complex workflows using advanced frameworks like Langchain.
  • Proactively stay updated on the latest advancements in the AI field.
  • Continuously seek out new ways to leverage AI for impactful solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models using deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks for specific tasks.
  • Train and optimize generative AI models to achieve desired performance metrics.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI research and development.

Requirements:

• Wide range of experience, utilizing professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results

• May manage a group, coordinating activities regarding costs, methods, and staffing

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
