We are a rapidly growing technology company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe selected candidate can expect a competitive salary of ₹ 8 - 12 LPA, comprising a fixed component and performance-linked variable pay.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales and revenue growth. You will also be involved in market analysis and strategy development, as well as bidding and proposal submission.
Requirements- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Digital Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of digital/IT sales and marketing is required.
- Sales Targets: Must be dynamic, sales-target-oriented, and have strong business analytical abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA mandatory).
- Software Sales: Experience in software sales in the IT company, preferably in the banking domain.
- Social Media Marketing: Knowledge of social media marketing would be an asset.
- Tools and Software: Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant tools.
