In this capacity, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their fashion needs, providing personalized advice on the latest trends, and expertly guiding them in selecting outfits that perfectly capture their individual style.

As a key member of our team, your daily tasks will include:

  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion products and trends to ensure clients receive the best possible advice and support.
  • Expert Fashion Consulting: Providing expert guidance to clients on fashion trends, helping them make informed decisions about their wardrobe choices.
  • Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling and Billing: Managing cash transactions and billing processes efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Customer Order Follow-up: Effectively communicating with the backend team to ensure timely deliveries and meeting client expectations.
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
