Visual Identity Lead

We're looking for a skilled Visual Designer to lead the visual identity of our fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand. From packaging to digital campaigns, you'll create designs that feel premium and connect with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Design Process: Own the design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Social Media Design: Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Innovative Concepts: Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Design Trends: Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
    • Requirements:
      4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
      Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
      Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
      Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
      Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
      Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
      • Nice to Have:
        motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
        Photography or art direction background.
        Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
