Mango Advisors, a boutique Investment Banking firm with headquarters in Mumbai and three regional offices across India, is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join its team. With a strong focus on Real Estate Vertical, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing investment bank that has established itself as a key player in the industry.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual with 5-9 years of experience in real estate finance or SME/MIDMARKET space to lead business development efforts, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
About the RoleThe Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Generating business across real estate sector through Syndication, Land Intermediation, Asset Management, and Strategy
- Staying updated with the Real Estate Market and wholesale funding in Real Estate, defining target universes, and identifying prospects for Real Estate Developer funding
- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals
- Handling transaction lifecycle from prospecting, sourcing to recovering fees
- Participating in negotiations with stakeholders for mandates, closure of Term Sheets, and finalization of Deal Structure
Support the preparation of Collaterals, including Pitch Book, Analysis of the Proposal, Information Memorandum, and Cash flow statements for the Transaction. Deep knowledge of the Industry, both formal and informal information.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-9 years of experience in real estate finance or SME/MIDMARKET space
- Management Qualification from Category A institutes
- Essential Skills: Networking, Interpersonal, Analytical and Organizational, Deal Skills, independently handle Negotiations
- Desirable Skills: Multitasking & working Independently, Local Linguistic
- Proven track Record in fast-paced, high Growth & Competitive Environment
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹80 lakh - ₹1 crore per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
