About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the West India region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of opportunities, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving growth across the Textile Vertical.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the West India region, focusing on new business opportunities and existing customer relationships.">
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve annual targets and drive revenue growth.">
  • Identify, generate, and implement new business opportunities and models to enable expansion of the business.">
  • Negotiate with customers and provide techno-commercial offers.">
  • Collaborate with the Solution Team to generate enquires and develop strategies for growth in the region.">
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Textile industry.">
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.">
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.">
  • Industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the textile market.">
  • Familiarity with CRM processes and basic understanding of relevant technologies.">

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at ₹18-22 Lacs per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
