Job Summary:
As a key member of our bakery team at Third Culture (Good Thingz Pvt Ltd), you will assist our experienced bakers in the preparation, baking, and decoration of a variety of baked goods. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and passion for baking will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of various baked goods such as bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts.
- Measure and weigh ingredients, mix and knead dough, and follow recipes accurately.
- Assist in the decoration of cakes and other desserts with icing, frosting, and other toppings according to customer specifications.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other kitchen appliances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow food safety guidelines.
- Learn and follow all company policies and procedures.
