Senior Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop business strategies to drive sales growth in the Delhi region
- Create and maintain strong relationships with business partners for sustainable growth
- Manage and coordinate with Distribution Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
- Establish processes for acquiring new business partners and expanding existing ones
- Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide market intelligence to support organizational planning and sales improvements
- Present area sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and insights
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in Sales leadership roles
- Excellent data analysis skills, with experience in building reporting and making strategic recommendations
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage cross-functional teams
₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
