Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Business Manager to lead our sales team in the South region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and team management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the South region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers in the region.
- Travel extensively across the South region to ensure effective team management and sales execution.
- Collaborate with the VPsales to drive sales growth and expansion in the region.

Education and Experience
- B.Tech. / M.Tech./Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy or Welding Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in R&D
- Excellent understanding of welding processes, consumables, and metallurgy
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
