About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and resultsoriented Deputy General Manager to lead our Luxury/Premium Homes division in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading highperforming sales teams, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, fostering a highperformance culture and achieving team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert highnetworth individuals and ultrahighnetworth individuals into loyal clients.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

Business Development & Client Relationships:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and establish a robust pipeline of potential clients in the luxury segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and highprofile individuals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, understand competitor activity, and inform strategic decisionmaking.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for luxury properties, ensuring timely and efficient conversion of leads into sales.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability for the luxury portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Industry Expertise & Compliance:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the Bengaluru luxury real estate market, including local trends, regulations, and competitor landscape.
  • Stay uptodate on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring all sales activities comply with industry standards.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales within the Hospitality, Automobiles, or Real Estate sectors, with a proven track record of leading and motivating highperforming sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with highnetworth individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to market analysis and decisionmaking.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with online and offline marketing strategies, including social media and event planning (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, while also leading and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on driving profitability.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to cultivate strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.
