About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven export manager to spearhead our international expansion efforts in key regions.

Job Overview: As an International Export Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, market share, and brand presence across these territories.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets in assigned territories.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, establish distribution channels, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Launch & Registration: Oversee product registration and launch in international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research, analyse competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Distributor Management: Manage and develop a high-performing distributor network.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Marketing & Brand Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Travel: Undertake frequent international travel to build relationships, attend trade shows, and conduct market visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • FMCG Expertise: 10-15 years of proven experience in export sales and business development within the FMCG industry.
  • Regional Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Middle East, SAARC, and West & East Asian markets.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record of achieving export sales targets and acquiring international clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive export strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and product registration requirements.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment and overcome challenges.
  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree in international business, marketing, or a related field.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
