About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Team Leader to oversee a team of Administrators, ensuring the effective management and maintenance of accurate client data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver effective and efficient support services, including involvement in recruitment, training, and the development of team members.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and manage knowledge within the team to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant processes within the role's scope and maintain the highest level of professional integrity.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and promote a client-centric culture, ensuring that customer experience remains a priority.
  • Perform all responsibilities of the Data Administrator role as needed.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience working in a business-to-business client service environment, preferably with direct client interaction.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing people within a client service setting.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Team player, contributing to the achievement of departmental and business objectives.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Flexible and results-oriented, able to address varying and competing client and business demands.
  • Adaptable and well-organized, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Good understanding of global processes and standards, ensuring compliance and promoting adherence within the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
