About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Lead Developer to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, a passion for creating cutting-edge mobile applications, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver a seamless and high-performance user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior Flutter developers.
  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate in agile development processes and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and contribute to the development of the mobile app architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply them to the mobile development process.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
  • Expertise in MVC, MVVM, State Management (SM), and architecture design patterns.
  • Experience with integrating Maps, RESTful APIs, and Firebase.
  • Proficiency in local databases and integrating at least one payment gateway.
  • Experience with method channels for platform-specific functionalities and app upload processes for iOS and Android.
  • Knowledge of Flutter Web development.
  • Excellent logical programming and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a development team.
  • Experience with testing (unit, integration) and maintaining high code quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Flutter Web development.
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of third-party libraries and native Android/iOS integrations.
  • Experience with cloud-based services such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
