Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Rudrapur, India

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at Immigration Security Services Private Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, social media management, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent. Additionally, they will utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen and shortlist applicants based on role requirements and organizational fit. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Social Media & Communication Management: Manage recruitment campaigns and job postings across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Develop content that reflects the company's culture and attracts prospective employees.
  • Database Management & Reporting: Maintain and update the candidate database with information on potential and existing candidates. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost-per-hire, providing regular reports to management.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and understand role requirements. Coordinate recruitment activities with HR and administrative teams to support seamless onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc. or B.A. degree; Diploma in Communication & Social Media preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in recruitment or a related field, with a preference for ex-servicemen in the security or manpower industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, social media channels, and branding techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media management tools.

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per month depending on experience.
