We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Telna. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and test plans to ensure seamless software functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality metrics and benchmarks, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks, identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
  • Conduct manual testing for complex features and functionality not covered by automation, performing regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools, working closely with development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Promote collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and training on best practices and testing methodologies to enhance their growth and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, with expertise in automated testing tools, programming/scripting languages, and test management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and devops practices.
