Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Sales Performance Optimization Lead to join our sales team at NNIIT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving insights and data-driven decision-making across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance, including revenue, pipeline, win rates, and conversion rates.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead sales forecasting efforts, working closely with sales leaders to develop accurate and timely sales projections.
  • Sales Strategy Support & Optimization: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and broader business objectives.
  • Sales Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes using CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and other technologies.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Special Projects: Perform ad hoc analysis to support special projects, such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and regional market expansion.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to senior leadership. A strong understanding of sales operations, process improvement, and technology is essential.

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
