Quality Assurance Specialist

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a global leader in the testing and certification of gaming devices and systems.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team based out of our Noida, India location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineering test files, compiling documents, proofreading, and conducting related research.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing and reviewing recommendation reports
  • Preparing compliance packages for shipping
  • Reviewing technical engineering documentation and verifying required notations
  • Developing an understanding of the certification process and maintaining a knowledge of specific requirements for each submission and jurisdiction
  • Keeping records of quality and internal errors
  • Troubleshooting questions/issues utilizing guides and previous submissions
  • Data and database management
  • Communicating with engineering staff and manufacturers with guidance from supervisors

Requirements include:

  • 2 years of experience in a legal field strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members of the team and clients
  • Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
