Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Coordinator to join our team at Invincible Ocean | InvincibleMeta. As the right-hand person for our Founder/CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and internal communications.

About the Role
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for presentations and decision-making.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects initiated by the Founder's Office, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the Founder's Office and other departments, managing workflows and information flow.
  • Handle communications and coordination with key stakeholders (internal and external), including investors, partners, and senior leadership, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making on various business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the Founder's Office, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing high-level reports and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as team offsites, board meetings, and investor relations events, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
