About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Intelligent Automation team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the automation team, including project delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement RPA-based solutions to drive business value and improve efficiency.
  • Manage multiple project workstreams from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to clients.
  • Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring the automation team continuously improves its offerings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of UiPath experience.
  • Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
