Job Title : Techno-Functional Consultant (SAP Analytics Cloud)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for delivering multiple projects around SAP Analytics Cloud. The candidate should have a strong business understanding and the ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Delivery :
    • Lead and manage SAP Analytics Cloud projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Business Engagement :
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Technical Expertise :
    • Design, develop, and implement SAP Analytics Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
    • Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, as needed.
    • Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and insights.
  • Data Management :
    • Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with various data sources and SAP modules.
    • Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across the SAP landscape.
    • Implement data models, stories, and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Data Extraction Solutions :
    • Create and implement solutions for data extractions on the SAP side.
    • Develop efficient data extraction processes from various SAP modules to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Module Expertise :
    • Possess a good understanding of SAP modules such as FI, SD, CO, MM, PP, QM, etc.
    • Provide functional and technical expertise across multiple SAP modules to support business processes.
  • Support & Maintenance :
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Analytics Cloud and ABAP solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors.
    • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Education & Experience :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud with a strong focus on driving analytics projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects.
    • Must have experience working on both SAP ECC and S4HANA.
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modeling, story creation, and dashboard design.
    • ABAP programming skills as a secondary capability.
    • Experience with SAP BW, HANA, and other SAP modules is a plus.
    • Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (e.g., OData, REST, SOAP).
  • Functional Skills :
    • Deep understanding of business processes and SAP modules related to analytics and strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Soft Skills :
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
