Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to bike rentals, such as booking errors, payment disputes, and vehicle breakdowns.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or communication is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, rental, or logistics industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues calmly, quickly, and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
