As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable enterprise-grade solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in containerization, orchestration, and DevOps practices will enable you to lead the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable architecture solutions using OpenShift, Kafka, and container-based architectures.
  • Lead container migrations from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Ensure system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Drive compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes.
  • Mentor development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience designing scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments.
