">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring timely collections.
">Responsibilities:

- Business Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive business plans to identify opportunities and align with our growth objectives.">
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from requirement gathering, product demo (SAP Business One ERP & S4 HANA), proposal submission, negotiation, closure, project initiation, and payment follow-ups.">
- Client Management & Growth: Expand our client base and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction, timely collections, and zero outstanding payments.">
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.">
- Business Intelligence: Analyze opportunities, provide data-driven solutions for clients, and ensure actionable insights are derived from raw data.">
- Revenue Generation & Collection: Drive revenue and ensure timely payment collections, working closely with our finance teams.">
- Qualifications:">
- ">
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.">
- Experience with SAP Business One, S4 HANA ERP.">
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.">
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client expansion.">
